1. Do you provide OEM&ODM service?

• OEM/ODM is accepted.
• You can choose our designs or provide own artworks for customization.
• Customized logo and label are acceptable.
• Share your thoughts, we will work together for new designs.
2. Q: How to get a sample?
A: After inquiry and confirmation with us, sample orders can be placed online or request samples directly offline, we will send stock samples if available, or produce developed samples based on your artworks.
3. Q: What's the sample time?
A: For stock samples, 1 days, and 3-5 days for developed new samples.
4. Q: What's the production lead time?
A: Normally 3-15 days, based on different technique and quantity. If you have strict delivery time request, pls check and confirm during each inquiry.
5. Q: What is your Minimum order quantity ?
A: For custom or developed products, 50 pcs/color for each style. For stock styles, There is no minimum order limit and you can buy our products anytime. pls check with our sales service for more details.
